Ranknearme is a local search agency. We work on Google Business Profiles, local SEO, and visibility inside the AI answers that increasingly sit between a customer and a business. We started in 2024.
Most of our clients are clinics and trade businesses: dental and dermatology practices, physiotherapists, chiropractors, fertility clinics, veterinary practices, HVAC contractors and pest control companies. They have one thing in common. What they are allowed to publish about themselves is governed by somebody other than Google.
That shapes how we work. Before we optimise a profile we establish which regulator governs it, because the standard advice to add categories, quote reviews and publish before-and-after images is, in several of our markets, an instruction to breach a rule.
We also do our own research rather than repeating what other agencies publish. Our audit of 45 New Zealand dental practices found that 70 percent had at least one advertising compliance issue live on their website or profile. It is free to read, and it is the clearest picture we can give you of how we look at a practice.
We publish what we know
Our guides carry the primary source for every claim, and a corrections log when we get something wrong. That is the standard we hold our own work to before we ask anyone to trust it.
We tell you when not to spend
Google bans fertility advertising outright in 23 countries. Country-level targeting makes some campaigns uneconomic. Where a channel will not work for you, we say so before you pay for it.
We work inside your regulator's rules
A Google Business Profile is a regulated advertising surface for a health practice. Most local search advice ignores that entirely. We start from the rule that governs your profession.
We work remotely with clients in New Zealand, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. We do not have a public office, and we do not pretend otherwise. Consultations are by video, and our booking times are set to suit your timezone rather than ours.
