Who we are
Ranknearme, trading as Ranknearme, runs ranknearme.io. For anything in this policy, email hello@ranknearme.io.
What we collect
- When you request an audit: your business name and email address, and the page you were on when you asked. Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms.
- When you book a call: your name, email address, time zone, the answers you give in the booking form, and the time you choose. Bookings are handled by Calendly.
- When you email or message us: your name, contact details and whatever you choose to send, including details about your business.
- When you use the site: technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit. Our host records this in server logs. Where analytics is switched on, we also use the tools listed below to understand which pages help people and where the site is hard to use.
We do not ask for health information about patients, and we ask you not to send it.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send the audit you asked for.
- To arrange and hold a call you booked.
- To reply to your messages and follow up on an audit you requested.
- To keep the site working, secure and useful.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who else handles it
We use these providers to run the site and the business. Each handles information only to provide its service to us, and some store information outside your country, including in the United States.

Cookies
The booking calendar on our contact page is provided by Calendly and sets its own cookies. Where analytics is enabled, those tools set cookies that measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them for the purpose they were given. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@ranknearme.io and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you are, you may also be able to object to how we use it or ask us to limit it.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the privacy regulator where you live, for example the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
